Superbar
Your bar on Place du Pin.
The idea behind SuperBar was born from Arnaud’s childhood memories — and from the sound of vinyl, with its warm, vintage texture that places music right at the heart of emotion, a world away from the flatness of compressed digital sound. Memories of travels, too, of grand hotel bars in big cities. Elegant, hushed places where you’d sit at the counter and let the barman pour you something special, with just the right word. They’re refined, welcoming places — little moments of escape, dressed as bars.
“I pictured a place that lets you drift a little. A bar you could walk into alone, order a fine drink or a proper cocktail, and let the music carry you — not just any music, but the kind that lives on vinyl, warm and textured, played through a sound system built to respect it. Tunes with rhythm, with soul, the kind that quietly take hold and move the night along. I also drew inspiration from those Japanese kissa bars — small, soulful places where good spirits and good music sit at the heart of everything. The decor? Just enough sophistication to catch the eye, but always warm, always inviting. The kind of place you stay a while without realising it.“
